What services do you offer?

Our established portfolio is promotional and explainer video; the other lines are newer and shown with concept visuals until finished work is added.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Our production team is in Pakistan and we work with Australian brands and clients beyond.
Can I hire you for a single project?
Yes. Use the project form and describe what you need.
Do you offer monthly packages?
Yes, as custom retainers. Scope is agreed in writing before work starts.
How does AI product photography work?
You supply reference photos and brand requirements; we build product scenes from them and review the results with you. Feasibility depends on the product and the references available.
Do I need to send physical products?
Not necessarily. Whether samples are needed depends on the product; we confirm this when we review your brief.
Can you use my existing product photographs?
Often yes, as reference material. We'll confirm suitability when we review them.
Can you create videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook?
Yes. Our existing reels are vertical, cut for Instagram and Facebook; other aspect ratios are agreed per project.
What information do you need to start?
Your business and audience, what you want made, where it will be published, any brand assets and reference links, your target market, and your timeline and budget.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are agreed in your quote before work starts, so you know exactly what is included.
What is your usual turnaround time?
It depends on the service and scope. We give you a delivery date in your quote, before work starts.
Can you work under a white-label arrangement?
Yes, agency partnerships and white-label production are available as custom projects.
Do you provide editable source files?
Ask in your brief. Whether editable source files are included, or quoted separately, is stated in your quote.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are set out in your quote and agreed before work starts.
